OUR PEOPLE

Tom Reece, President

Our goal is to be the company that people ask for when the job calls for real expertise and attention to detail. We are the ultimate in our service orientation. First, we help determine if a project is feasible given the client’s expectations and budget. If it is feasible, we make sure the client gets the product he or she has envisioned.”
— Tom Reece, President

Tom Reece has made a career of building a wide variety of commercial and residential structures, supervising building projects, and managing the many complex facets of client and employee relations for superior contracting companies.

His hands-on experience in “stick” building, modular and panelized construction, metal stud and steel/concrete construction, contained demolition, and all aspects of renovation and remodeling give him an advantage in helping clients understand the processes in relation to cost.

His formal training in engineering, experience with union and non-union crews, and professional team-leading responsibilities in past positions give Reece the qualifications to take on projects requiring planning and building finesse.

Greg Casdorph, Senior Vice President

“Tom and I are not just the owners of the company. We’re actively involved in the daily operations of each and every project. In previous positions with other companies, we gained much experience in the ‘hard’ bid market where multiple companies would vie for jobs that were awarded based on the lowest dollar amount. We could see a need for a company that emphasizes care and quality rather than low dollar. Most of the work we now do comes from referrals.”   — Greg Casdorph, Sr. Vice President

Greg Casdorph combines experience in project administration, bidding, quality control, production estimating, field supervision and project management with his engineering background. In his role as Sr. Vice President of RC General Contractors, he is responsible for the efficient management of materials and craftsmen, as well as coordination among clients, designers, subcontractors and crews.

Some contractors pride themselves on being the fastest; some pride themselves in cost-cutting. From the outset, RC General Contractors has been determined to conscientiously control costs, to turn out the best quality that we can, and to completely satisfy our clients.
